1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Pupilar’s online portal (“the Portal”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using the Portal.

2. Definitions

  • “User(s)”: Refers to both employers and job seekers using the Portal.
  • “Employer(s)”: Entities or individuals posting job advertisements on the Portal.
  • “Candidate(s)”: Individuals seeking internship or graduate job opportunities through the Portal

3. User Eligibility

  • Users must be at least 15 years of age to use the Portal.
  • Employers must be legally authorized to post job advertisements in the UAE.

4. Registration and User Accounts

  • Users are required to create an account to access certain features of the Portal.
  • Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
  • User accounts are non-transferable.

5. User Responsibilities

  • Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
  • Users must not share their account credentials or access with others.
  • Users are responsible for all activities conducted through their accounts.

6. Job Listings and Applications

  • Employers are solely responsible for the accuracy of job listings and adherence to UAE Labour Laws.
  • Candidates are responsible for submitting accurate and truthful applications.

7. Payment Terms

  • Subscription Fee: Employers are required to subscribe to a monthly payment package to access job posting and candidate access features. The fee is non-refundable and grants access as per the defined package.
  • Billing Cycle: The billing cycle shall be as outlined in the subscription plan, and the Employer agrees to make payments on arecurring basis according to the selected billing cycle.
  • Payment Methods: The Company accepts payments through the payment methods detailed in the subscription plan.
  • Termination by Employer: The Employer who subscribed may terminate the subscription at any time by clicking on the
    unsubscribe button. Termination shall be effective at the end of the current billing cycle.
  • Termination by Pupilar: The Company reserves the right to terminate or suspend the Employer’s subscription for
    violations of the Terms and Conditions.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

  • Our Privacy Policy governs the collection and use of user data. Users must review and accept the Privacy Policy.
  • Users consent to the processing of their personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Content and Intellectual Property

  • Users retain ownership of their content but grant Pupilar a license to use, modify, and display user-generated content.
  • Pupilar owns its content, including logos, trademarks, and copyrighted materials.

10. Liability and Disclaimers

  • Pupilar is not responsible for the accuracy or legality of job listings or user-generated content.
  • Pupilar is not liable for any disputes or issues arising between users.
  • Users access the Portal at their own risk.

11. Termination and Suspension

  • Pupilar reserves the right to terminate or suspend user accounts for violations of these Terms.
  • Users can appeal the termination or suspension of their accounts.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  • These Terms are governed by UAE law.
  • Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Dubai courts.

13. Changes to Terms and Conditions

  • Pupilar reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
  • Users will be notified of changes, and continued use of the Portal constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
