I am writing to express interest in the suitable role in Operations, Project Management and Supply Chain related to my 30+ years of Multi-country, Multi-cultural experience in driving Sustainable Value Creation through High Performing Operations & Supply Chain Transformations for Global Enterprises. A CPM, CPSM, GDMM Certified Engineer and MBA, I have 30+ years of experience in building global supply chain solutions, delivering operational excellence and transforming global enterprises. I have a track record of building and leading High – Performance large cross-functional teams.
I have directed 5 Transformation projects at Thyssenkrupp (India & Germany), Schneider & Philips. Delivered Optimized Operations (People, Quality, Delivery, Productivity, Processes, Efficiencies, Costs), Top-lines and Profitability.
I have spearheaded New Product Development and developed Sustainable Supply Chain initiatives – Audits; Green Purchasing Initiatives – Recycling, Packaging Reduction.

- Turned around Group Companies; expanded to new geographies (RR Global)
- One of the few non-German Leaders in ‘Thyssenkrupp Industrial Solutions’ based in Germany where I set up the Global PSM Organization; led annual spends of € 2.0 Billion with a 550 – member team based in 20+ countries spanning from Australia to Mexico
- Set up Global Competence Centers for various Global Organizations in various countries like India, China, Thailand, etc. (Thyssenkrupp, Philips, Schneider Electric)
- Set up Sourcing & Service hubs in China & India; delivered substantial cost savings (Thyssenkrupp – Germany)
- Positioned India as a provider of IT solutions; established TechCenter (Thyssenkrupp – India)
- Established Global Strategic Procurement and Supplier Quality Function; headed Global Commodity Management (Frigoglass)
- Member of the Global Lighting Purchase Core Team (Philips)
As location is not constraint for me, I am willing to relocate as per business needs.
