In my current role as a Business Administrator at DNA Longevity, I have successfully managed day-to-day operations, including CRM systems and client relations. These responsibilities have enhanced my organizational, technical, and interpersonal skills, enabling me to deliver seamless support and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

Previously, at Nuradha Engineering, I managed office administration and swiftly resolved technical challenges, ensuring uninterrupted workflow. My training in software engineering, complemented by my MSc in Software Engineering from Kingston University, has refined my expertise in troubleshooting, system management, and user support. I am proficient in a wide array of technologies, including Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, Slack, and Trello—tools essential for maintaining robust IT support in dynamic environments.

Additionally, I have experience in SEO and website content management, which has sharpened my ability to optimize digital tools and enhance user experiences.
